  我最近这些年患上了一个挺奇怪的毛病,自己得了这个毛病都是二愣子摸不着头脑的。是的,我患了一个很罕见的毛病,而且这种毛病不是生理上的,而是心理上的。谈到心里的毛病大家第一时间想到的肯定都是神经病,情绪病,忧郁症,强迫症等等的吧。可实际上,心里的毛病还有各种划分。

  而我得的一种毛病,是不被医学界公认的,可是这个世界上面也的的确确存在这这样的毛病,让人百思不得其解,是的,这种毛病就是考试恐惧症。这还是一个奇奇怪怪的名字,让人有些哭笑不得的感觉。毕竟啊,在很多正常的人的眼底,考试都是十分正常的事情吧,有什么好害怕的呢?在学霸眼里,考试更是一件十分轻松容易的事情了,不过啊,这个世界上呢,总会有一些奇奇怪怪的人, 得了一些奇奇怪怪的毛病。我就是这样其中一个人吧,不知道什么时候就得了考试恐惧症这个十分奇怪的毛病。那么具体的症状是什么呢?也就是会特别的焦虑和紧张吧,无论你不是复习的足够充分, 无论你是不是学霸,只要得了这种病就会莫名其妙地焦虑,焦虑自己如果一不小心粗心了笔误了之类的,担心自己如果考不好了那么该怎么办。可是呢,原本你应该考的还不错的,就是因为这样子去想了,是在太过焦虑了,而心里焦虑又一定会影响到自己的水平发挥,就这样恶性循环,那么怎么可能考得好呢?于是患上考试焦虑症的人,明明平时学习都还不错的,基础也很牢靠,可唯独就是因为这个心里问题,再好的基础都没有用了。原本我也是一个这样的人,可是最近的我找到了如何去抑制这个毛病的方法,这的挺庆幸的,竟然让我寻寻觅觅之中找到了这个方法。
